Mailloux Construction was founded by Leo and Renee Mailloux with a commitment to honest, hard work and a reputation built one project at a time. What started as a local operation serving Essex County has grown over five decades into one of Southwestern Ontario's most respected heavy construction companies.
Today, with a full fleet of industry leading heavy equipment and a team of professionally trained operators and tradespeople, we serve a wide range of clients including general contractors, construction management firms, real estate developers, and building owners across residential, commercial, industrial, and shoreline projects.

Leo Mailloux starts the company with a single excavator, serving local farms and residential clients in Essex County.

Awarded our first large-scale municipal contract for underground services in the Town of Kingsville.
